Los Gatos Ballet maintains the highest standards of education. We have established guidelines to ensure each dancer's safety and development. Please refer to Policy and Procedure packet for all information regarding Los Gatos Ballet.

	Late arrival is distracting to both the instructor and the students. Please be prompt.
	Do not talk in class.
	Before entering the building please silence all cell phones and other electronic devices.
	Tuition is based on yearly enrollment. (Fall-Spring)
	Once registered with a specific payment plan (Semester or Monthly) you are committed to that plan for the year. Changing your payment plan is not permitted until the next year.
	Make checks payable to LGB&P. Tuition payments must be received on or prior to the due dates. Invoices are only sent for past due accounts.
	No refunds for fees or tuition are given for any reason.
	Late fees begin accruing 5 days after the tuition due date. Late fees are $10 starting on the 5th day late and are $2 per day everyday thereafter.
	A minimum of 6 students required to run a class. Schedule subject to change.
	Students are expected to enroll in all classes in the level for which they have been placed. Students who cannot enroll in the full schedule for their level may require longer to improve and advance.
	Instructors thoroughly evaluate and take the time to place the students appropriately, based on their abilities, dedication and conduct. Do not attempt to discuss placement with Los Gatos Ballet staff or other dancers or families.
	No gum, food or drinks are allowed in the studios.
Dress Code Please refer to Policy and Procedure packet for all information regarding the dress code. Dance attire alone is not allowed beyond the Los Gatos Ballet facilities or performance venues. Students should always wear cover-ups when leaving the building. Cover-ups should consist of tops and bottoms. Street shoes must be worn to and from the facilities, but never in the studios. Ballet shoes should never be worn outside of the studio.
